AB claims that they cannot currently accept returns from NZ because NZ post will not accept returns, this is untrue. I did email them and ask why they have not updated their policy and AB’s response was they are waiting for NZ post to advise them, how does a retailer expect NZ post to inform every single retailer of their updated status surely this is AB’s own responsibility to check with postal service how hard can it be? Also if you live in NZ expect your parcel to take atleast 3-4 weeks. I ordered a parcel from Mecca beauty at the exact same time as from AB and it took 10 days as they use a different courier service. I will credit them and say they did respond to my email query very quickly but unfortunately issue not resolved.
Recently made my first order. Delivery was quick.
But 2 free samples with every order is a joke! They sent me a Tim Tam.how is that a sample for a beauty product. And product packs had no seal. I was planning to send this to a friend but due to my first order I thought I will get it at my address and I am glad I didn't send it directly as it looks like a pack from eBay or wish..

Excellent service, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. My first choice for online beauty items.
Ordered a few items for mother's day yesterday afternoon and they arrived this morning. Lots of free items and free overnight delivery! I'm so happy, would highly recommend to anyone!
I'm based in NZ, and you can get the same products for a similar price and with delivery the next day if you order from a NZ website. There is absoltuley no reason at all to use Adore Beauty if you are in NZ. Their delivery times to NZ are far to long despite them saying that their delivery SLA is 1-3 business days. It absolutley is not this timeframe, count on 10+ days if you are lucky.
I placed an order at 12am 23/2 and received the parcel approximately 2pm 25/2. It was transported by Aust Post and considering it had to travel from Victoria to Western Australia I find this service of basically 36 hours, extraordinary. Extremely well packaged & two little treats. Thank you so much.
I have been a regular customer of Adore Beauty over many years. Where I could, I have always opted to purchase from, and support AB over Sephora or Mecca. With the system changes that occurred at the end of 2020 my account is now unusable. I contacted customer support on multiple (multiple) occasions. No useful advice was provided and months later my account issues have not resolved. I couldn’t actually place an order if I tried. Postage has also been slower and slower. So disappointing from a company that I had previously highly recommended.
I specifically ordered more than I originally wanted from AdoreBeauty just so I was able to get the free express delivery, which is targeted to be delivered within 2-4 days and here I am 2 weeks later and I still have not received my package. So disappointed will not be a returning customer.
I love ordering from this company.
The site is easy to navigate, prices are reasonable, comparable to everywhere else. Products are legit.
The shipping and delivery times though, I usually get it the next day. No one else does this.

I placed 2 orders on the same day right after one another. But only the 1st order is shipped so I waited 2 days later and the 2nd parcel is still not ship. I tried emailing, calling, online chat, it takes very long like for them to reply and they provided me the tracking of the 1st order when I have made it clear that I am asking the tracking for the 2nd order (give them the order number and all)... its just very tiring now I have to wait again and till tmr to explain AGAIN. And the first order was shipped by a very bad company. I am just very sick of calling and no answer and online chat and have to wait ages and they cant even understand the basic question I am asking. It shouldn’t be that hard to understand when customer is asking for a tracking number of an order and they still couldnt get it right. I will contact them tmr and will ask them to cancle (it will tak ages again and not sure will that be possible), im done.
Something odd is going on with this company. I've been a customer for years, always great service and fast delivery. Like the last couple of bad reviews, I'm also waiting on an order placed a week ago with no invoice, dispatch notice or delivery details - but they were happy to take my money (and not a small amount either). I tried to engage Live Chat, waited for nearly 3 hours and then had to disconnect. No phone service - says they're busy and to leave a message. Have tried FB Messaging, with no response. I'd suggest stay clear of these guys for the moment - there's something NQR.
They sold me a $179 dollar Babyliss Cascade Hot Roller set that literally does not create any curl! I watched the tutorials, used the products, tried the process twice and NOTHING! I sent photos, but they still refuse to refund the product. Not only that, they were a day late posting it, even though it was on express postage.
Manually entered in my delivery address at checkout along with the rest of my contact details. Order was express shipped via TOLL to the incorrect address. Contacted customer care TWICE, only for them to send Toll emails to redirect parcel. A call would have only taken them a few moments to redirect the parcel. With so many deliveries in the network, how can you expect a response via email!? Had to call Toll myself only for them to tell me they couldn't make any further changes, that it was too late because they hadn't received a call. What's more, I was left without a response from customer care for 10-20 mins at a time. I won't be purchasing from AdoreBeauty again when something as simple as assisting customers on live chat is made so difficult and time consuming.
Holy Moly! I ordered yesterday morning and my shipment came today!! Given the pandemic and everything, I was sure I'd have to wait ages. I'm amazed by this service! I've ordered from so many places and have had to wait an egregious amount of time. Adore Beauty clearly cares about their customers. Every other business should take note and see how efficient and friendly they are. They have great customer service, fantastic deals and freebies, an excellent range of products, and $1 for every review you leave! I've been buying my beauty products from AB for ages, and I will continue to do so. I am so happy with this latest experience and how quickly I received my haul. Thank you Adore Beauty!
